Minimum requirements for LLP Registration in India
The eligibility criteria for registering a Limited Liability Partnership in India are as follows:
Minimum of two partners are required to register a Limited Liability Partnership. No minimum Capital requirement to register a LLP At least one partner must be a resident of India (that person must have stayed in India for at least 182 days in the previous financial year) The LLP name should be unique and should not be identical or similar to any of the existing LLP.
LLP should have a registered office within India. LLP should not be engaged in any illegal or prohibited business activities. Director Identification Number (DIN) and Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) are mandatory for the partners of the LLP.

PAN Card copy of each partner ID Proof of each Partner (any one)
